6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return unused Products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Digital products and services, such as swimming programs and affiliate programs are non-refundable once access has been granted.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@proswimmingusa.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include your order number and reason for return.
